Assessment: The course fee covers both training and assessment, including re-assessment if needed, at no additional cost.

Our NMAS Mediator Course is meticulously designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to facilitate mediation. Here's what it includes:

• Training aligned with the standards set by the National Mediator Accreditation System (NMAS).
• A complimentary copy of the Facilitative Mediation Skills Manual to aid in your learning journey.
• Ongoing support and mentoring throughout the program.
• Student membership with Mediation Institute throughout your studies.
• Self-paced learning allows you to progress at your speed.
• Assessment for accreditation is included in the course fee.

Enrollment Requirements: No special qualifications are needed to enrol in the course. However, proficiency in spoken and written English is required to fully participate in mediation as a role player and mediator.

Assessment Requirements: Assessments include quizzes to test theoretical knowledge and a 90-minute assessment role play to demonstrate practical skills. If you don't pass initially, additional mentoring and re-assessment opportunities are provided at no extra cost.

Course Duration: The course typically takes a minimum of 40 hours to complete. With between 5 and 9 role play opportunities available weekly, you can finish in as little as two weeks, though most students opt for a longer timeframe of 4 to 12 weeks.

Payment Plans: We offer convenient payment plans to suit your needs (Please note it has to be paid in full before you can be certified):

• 2 x monthly instalments of $1,825
• 3 x monthly instalments of $1,126.67
